Payment

Orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends which will be posted next working day. The purchase contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming despatch of order.

You can add, amend or delete items at any time from your shopping basket up to the point you submit your credit card details for payment. You will automatically receive a confirmation email of your purchase when you process your order using the shopping basket. Payments will only be debited from your credit card once goods have been sent.

You can also send payment by cheque (please allow up to 7 days for payment to clear before we despatch your order). Simply complete the shopping basket, print out the order form and send with cheque - made payable to Soothingminds Ltd, 47 Garston Crescent, Watford, WD25 0LD

Credit Cards

We accept most major credit cards including mastercard, visa, switch, solo and delta. Please note that in the case of credit card payments, we only deliver to the card holder address.

 



We use PayPal to authorise credit card payments. All information is encrypted and kept in a secure environment - you will see a paddlock on the bottom right hand side of your screen. Please note that we can only accept credit card orders of £10 or more owing to credit card processing charges incurred.

Soothingminds e-gift vouchers

Soothingminds e-gift vouchers and any unused portions of the e-gift vouchers will expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law. Once a recipient is nominated the e-gift voucher cannot be transferred to another person or company.

The vouchers can be purchased by anyone around the world paying with a credit or debit card in the Soothingminds online shop.

The recipient is personally liable for payment of any goods requested over and above the value of the amount credited to the account and any unused balance of the e-gift voucher will be placed in the recipients account for the remaining period.

The e-gift voucher can only be redeemed in the online shop at soothingminds.co.uk and has a cash redemption value of 0.001p. Normal Soothingminds terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Soothingminds site using a Soothingminds e-gift voucher.

Postage
We use the Royal Mail first class 'Sign For' service (including international orders) for the majority of orders except for large or very heavy items, which will be sent by a next day courier service. The following postage charges will be automatically added to UK and Northern Ireland orders at the point payment method is selected:

• Orders under £20 add £2
  
• Orders £20 - £30 - add £2.50
  
• Orders £30 - £40 add £3.00
  
• Orders £40 - £50 - add £3.50
  
• Orders over £50 - postage and packing is free of charge

For the rest of the world, there is a postage charge of £10 per order value up to £50, £15 postage charge for orders £50 - £100 and £20 postal charge on orders over £100.

Faulty goods
Please advise of any damage or incorrect order by email on receipt of goods. We will refund you within 7 days of receipt of goods deemed to be faulty when received by us.
Should you have to return any goods please make sure they are securely wrapped and that you obtain a proof of posting certificate and please remember to include a copy of the original despatch note with reference number.

Cancellation
Should you decide on receipt of goods that you do not want them please return to us in the same condition within 7 days and you will receive a full refund. Please make sure you obtain proof of posting - return postage will not be reimbursed.

Prices are checked at the time of posting on the site and may change at a future date. However, we reserve the right not to fulfil or cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices.
