Fireball
|
|
By Frances |
|
From within a steady peaceful heart
Something flickered and lit a spark
The fire grew, the heat intense
That no known liquid could ever quench
The warmth travelled at enormous speed
To engulf that distant figure
Pondering on her world indeed
Which then began to glow and quiver
As the moon gave way to morning light
She trembled with an almighty force
Igniting an endless shine both day and night
Precious thoughts her only source
That he could create such emotion
Was beyond anything she had ever known
What was this burning notion?
A seed of love had been sown.
