An energy imbalance in any one of our bodies will eventually, if left untreated, manifest in some sort of illness. The body is simply expressing a cry for help by drawing attention to itself.

Nature offers many healing remedies - we see them all around us without necessarily recognising them as tools to aid our wellbeing.  We can use physical and mental vibrations from our healing hands including Reiki healing energy and spiritual healing plus many other forms of complementary therapies.

Frances is a medical herbalist, Reiki practitioner and interested in the effect of colour in the diet and personal surroundings.
